Welcome to Trisha Taxi Service. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and transparent experience for all passengers traveling across Goa.
1. Booking and Punctuality
- Airport & Railway Transfers: We provide reliable pickups and drops for Mopa Airport, Dabolim Airport, and major railway stations like Madgaon and Thivim.
- Flight Tracking: We monitor flight statuses to manage delays; however, passengers are encouraged to provide accurate flight numbers for real-time tracking.
- Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes is provided for local pickups. For airport arrivals, we wait until the flight lands based on tracking data.
2. Sightseeing and Tours
- Service Coverage: Tours include popular destinations such as Fort Aguada, Old Goa Church, various beaches (Baga, Anjuna, Vagator), and specialized trips like Dolphin Trips or River Cruises.
- Spice Plantations: We offer dedicated transport to the five major plantations: Tropical, Savoi, Pascoal, Rustic, and Sahakari Spice Plantations.
- Entry Fees: Please note that taxi fares do not include entry tickets for the Wax Museum, Snow Park, or fees for spice plantation tours.
3. Fare and Payment
- Transparent Pricing: We offer affordable, fixed fares with no hidden charges.
- Extra Kilometers: Any deviations from the planned itinerary or extra sightseeing stops not mentioned during booking will attract additional charges.
- Parking and Tolls: Toll taxes and parking fees at locations like airports or malls are typically extra unless specified in your package.
4. Passenger Conduct and Safety
- Vehicle Cleanliness: We provide clean, air-conditioned vehicles. We request passengers to maintain the cleanliness of the car during the journey.
- Illegal Activities: Carrying illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activities during the trip is strictly prohibited.
- Safety: All passengers must follow safety protocols, including wearing seatbelts where available.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are generally eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).
- No-Show: If a passenger is not reachable at the pickup point at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided.
