At Trisha Taxi Service, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process. Since we block our vehicles and drivers specifically for your schedule, we have established the following refund guidelines:
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- 24 Hours or More Before Pickup: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a Full Refund (minus any minor transaction processing fees).
- 12 to 24 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellations made within this window are subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- Less than 12 Hours Before Pickup: No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations, as the vehicle has already been dispatched or reserved exclusively for you.
2. No-Show Policy
- If the passenger is not present at the designated pickup point (Airport, Railway Station, or Hotel) within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be marked as a “No-Show.”
- In “No-Show” cases, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
3. Changes to Booking
- If you need to reschedule your ride (change of time or date), please contact us at +91 9370797137 at least 6 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request at no extra charge, subject to vehicle availability.
4. Cancellation by Trisha Taxi Service
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or unforeseen emergencies, we will:
- Provide an alternative vehicle of the same or higher category.
- If an alternative is not available, provide a 100% Full Refund immediately.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (GPay, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer).
- For cash-on-arrival bookings, no refund applies; however, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for advance payment for future bookings.
