To ensure a smooth and safe journey across Goa, we recommend that all our passengers follow these essential travel guidelines. These are based on local transport regulations and our commitment to your safety.

1. Arrival & Pickup Guidelines

Provide Flight/Train Details: For airport (Mopa/Dabolim) and railway (Madgaon/Thivim) pickups, please share your flight or train number. This allows us to track delays and ensure your driver is waiting when you arrive.
Designated Pickup Points: * Mopa Airport: Follow signs to the “Taxi Pickup” area.
- Dabolim Airport: Your driver will meet you at the designated “Prepaid/Private Taxi” arrival gate.
- Railway Stations: Meet your driver near the main exit or the pre-booked taxi stand.

2. Luggage & Seating

Vehicle Capacity: To comply with safety laws, we strictly adhere to seating limits (4 passengers for Sedans, 6-7 for SUVs).
Luggage Safety: Please ensure your luggage is securely placed in the boot. For large groups with heavy luggage, we recommend booking an SUV to ensure a comfortable ride.

3. Sightseeing Tips

Start Early: To beat the Goa traffic and maximize your time at places like Fort Aguada or the Spice Plantations, we recommend starting your tours by 9:00 AM.
Entry Tickets: Most attractions (Wax Museum, Snow Park, Spice Plantations) require separate entry tickets. These are not included in the taxi fare.
Dolphin Trips: These are weather-dependent. Please check with us on the morning of your trip for the best sea conditions.

4. Safety & Conduct

Wear Seatbelts: For your safety, seatbelts are mandatory for front-seat passengers and highly recommended for all.

Cleanliness: We take pride in our clean vehicles. We kindly request passengers to avoid eating messy food or smoking inside the taxi.

5. Payments & Pricing

Fixed Rates: We follow the government-notified fare guidelines. Please confirm the total fare before starting your journey to avoid any confusion.
Tolls & Parking: Airport parking fees and bridge tolls (if any) are generally payable by the customer unless specifically included in your package.
